We give thanks to the LORD with our whole heart; we recount all of your wonderful deeds, we will be glad and exult in you; we sing praise to your name, O Most High (Ps.9:1,2). We call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised, and we are saved from our enemies (Ps. 18:3).
There are wicked enemies rising up against the LORD and his people in this hour. They have come to capture our beloved nation with chains of hatred, division, racism, socialism, and communism. But the LORD Most High has equipped us, your remnant, with strength and made our way blameless. You have made the feet of your sons and daughters like hinds’ feet and set us secure on the heights. He trains our hands for war, so that our arms can bend a bow of bronze (Ps. 18:32, 34).
We stand firm in this hour of trial and confusion, equipped with bows of bronze. We release deadly arrows into enemy encampments! Those who have set a trap for America will get caught in it themselves. In their attempts to roll a boulder down on us, we declare that that same boulder will roll back and crush them (Prov. 26:27).
We declare that America shall look upon the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living! We will wait for the LORD; we will be strong and let our hearts take courage (Ps. 27:13, 14), because the LORD’s ears are open to our cries for help. He turns his face against those who do evil; he will erase their memory from the earth (Ps. 34:15b, 16).
We trust in you, O LORD; we say, “You are our God. Our times are in your hand” (Ps. 31:14, 15a). We will be strong, and will let our hearts take courage, all of us who wait for the LORD (Ps. 31:24).
