The attached prayer is a Power prayer to engage the inner man. It is filled with strengthening promises and declarations that will kick start holy confidence, and boldness before going out on assignments. I felt it was important to address the inner man, since we strive to worship in spirit and Truth.

Praise the LORD, O my soul! I will praise the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being. (Psalm 146:1, 2)

All that is within me, bless his holy name! Bless the LORD, O my soul, and never forget all his benefits, who forgives all my iniquity, who heals all my diseases. He redeems my life from the pit, who crowns me with steadfast love and mercy, who satisfies me with good so that my youth is renewed like the eagle’s. (Psalm 103:1-5)

The LORD is my Shepherd. I am one of His sheep and He will never let me stray! I hear his voice, and he calls me by name and leads me out. . . . A stranger I will not follow, but I will flee from him, for I do not acknowledge the voice of strangers. (John 10:3, 5) I do not have to fear being led astray. I have heard my Shepherd knocking and His voice at the door of my heart and I have opened the door to Him. And as your Word says, I know You have come in to me, to dine with me, and I with You. (Revelation 3:20)

My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within me, whom I have from God. I am not my own, for I have been bought with a price, so I will glorify God in my body. (1 Corinthians 6:19, 20) I commit my soul to the Holy Spirit, to examine me so that I can be cleansed of any wicked, life destroying way in me, so I can do all that you have asked me to do. (Psalm 139:23, 24) It is in my fixed position in Christ that I am strengthened to do all things, including the ability to change any ways that displease you Father. (Philippians 4:13) As I lay down in green pastures and allow you to lead me to the still waters, my soul is restored. (Psalm 23) I will prosper, be in good health, be whole and complete as my soul prospers. (3 John 2) Thank you for leading me in paths of righteousness day by day (Psalm 23), so I can enjoy the fullness of walking in Your strength to complete every assignment You have given me!

I present my body as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is my spiritual worship. (Romans 12:1) I present myself to God as one who has been brought from death to life, and my members to God as instruments and weapons for righteousness. For sin has no dominion over me, since I am not under law but under grace. (Romans 6:13b-14)

You are a hiding place for me; you preserve me from trouble; you surround me with shouts of deliverance. (Psalm 32:7)

You have said to me, Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. For I, the LORD your God, hold your right hand; it is I who says to you, “Fear not, I am the one who helps you.” (Isaiah 41:10, 13) Father God, It is in the shadow of your wings that I take refuge when storms come. I will remain there, confident in your protection and care, till the storms of destruction pass by. I will cry out to you in those times God Most High, to You who fulfills Your purpose for me. Nothing can rob my destiny from me when I cling to you. (Psalm 57:1b, 2)
You have made me to be a conqueror! Behold, You make me a threshing sledge, new, sharp, and having teeth; I shall thresh the mountains and crush them, and I shall make the hills like chaff; I shall winnow them and the wind shall carry them away, and the tempest shall scatter them. And I shall rejoice in the LORD; in the Holy One of Israel I shall glory, this is what You have graced me to do! And I rejoice in my service to you! (Isaiah 41:15, 16)

I am called to break forth with dancing! I will make music and sing God’s praises with rhythms! God’s high and holy praises fill my mouth, for my shouts of praise are my weapon of war! These warring weapons will bring vengeance on every opposing force and every resistant power – to bind kings with chains and rulers with iron shackles. Praise-filled warriors like me will enforce the judgment-doom decreed against the enemy. This is the glorious honor He gives to all his godly lovers. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! (Psalm 149:3, 6-9 TPT)

You called me, before you formed me in the womb You knew me, and before I was born You consecrated me; My life has great, eternal purpose. You appointed me a prophet to the nations. (Jeremiah 1:5) And LORD, You put out Your hand and touched my mouth. And You said to me, “Behold, I have put my words in your mouth.” (Jeremiah 1:9) I will speak your words, by your grace with all boldness! (Acts 4:31)

I need not worry about a single thing as I engage in my God-given assignments, for You are Jehovah Jireh, the One who meets all my needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus! (Philippians 4:19) I commit to seek first the kingdom of God and all these things which You have promised me, will be added unto me. (Matthew 6:33)

Now to Him who is able to keep me from stumbling and to present me blameless before the presence of His glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen. (Jude 24, 25)
